These 1-on-1 training sessions provide the perfect coach/client experience for anyone looking to start their fitness journey in a more private setting. We will teach you the basic movements to begin your journey with CrossFit. With this service, one of our coaches will contact you and work with your schedule to complete your 4 sessions. Our Foundations Class will better prepare you for the group class as well as allow the coach to assess you to determine wether you should begin with our fitness or performance programming.
